RFP-Child Care Training

The Athens County Department of Job and Family Services (ACDJFS) is requesting bids for all costs related to the provision of child care training in the following topics:
• First Aid - 6 hours in length for initial training; 3 hours in length for renewals (training is required every 2 years)
• CPR/AED - 6 hours in length (training required every 2 years)
• Health and Safety - 8 hours in length; no renewals required.
• Communicable Disease – 6 hours in length for initial session; 3 hours in length for renewals (training required every 3 years)
• Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention – 6 hours in length for initial session; 3 hour overview for renewal. (training required every 2 years)
Training cards or paper verification shall be issued for first aid, CPR, communicable diseases and child abuse recognition and prevention.
