Request for Proposal
Athens County Department Job and Family Services (ACDJFS) is seeking proposals to secure qualified vendors to provide Legal Representation Services in Athens County Juvenile Court for indigent individuals in neglected child, abused child, dependent child and child without proper parental care cases. Proposals must demonstrate capacity of supplying quality qualified legal representation for these Athens County clients.

All proposals submitted will become the property of ACDJFS and we reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, the right to waive any formalities in the proposals received and to cancel in part or in its entirety this RFP.
